Most individuals already live under various ethical ‘constraints’; the rules and guidelines of conduct imposed upon us from a religion, an employer, a community, a professional society and the like. However, ethical conduct is ultimately defined by the individual that is based upon the sum of all of inputs experienced over their lifetime that shaped their morals, values, integrity, faith and attitudes. Therefore, at the end of the day, it is the individual’s deep sense of right and wrong that determines our behavior.
