Discuss Export Management Companies. You should explain why you are interested in the term, an explanation of the term, a summary of the germane current literature, and specifically how this relates to Entering Global Markets and Managing Global Operations.
Export Management Companies are independent companies that liaison between the parent company (manufacturer) and the customer (another business, nation, or people). One of the most important advantages in using an EMC is that it can handle all aspects of exporting a company’s product into the new market overseas. EMC usually perform the duties of distributor for companies.
