Below is a group activity. Please cover the topic of Elements of culture. I am attaching an example from a previous year. Please be sure to include 1 learning objective.
Group Activity: Managing in the global economy.
You and your team have been charged, by Senior Management, with designing a training targeted at improving the overall Cultural Intelligence within your organization.
The training module should contain an introduction, a descriiption of the training components and logistics, and a set of clearly articulated Learning Objectives that guide the training topics and methods chosen.
Each group member will be responsible for creating at least one learning objective and the content that will be covered related to the objective. Suggested activities to help training participants achieve the learning objectives should also be included.
Each member will need to be conducted research to both create the learning objective and to assist in the creation of content.
Citations used should clearly bolster the choices being made.
Learning objectives should be ‘SMART’ (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Bound)
The Training should cover the following topics at a minimum:
Elements of culture
Metacognitive Strategies
The Cultural Intelligence Model
Self-Efficacy and Cultural Intelligence

Presentations will be assessed on the following:
Training Content — depth, breadth and overall effectiveness in improving cultural intelligence in the organization
Learning Objectives — written in SMART, how well the training relates back to the objectives and the ability for the objectives to be met from the training content provided
Organization of Presentation — slides are logically arranged, the flow and are clearly linked to each other
Documentation and grammar – all references are cited, no spelling or grammatical errors. It is clear that the research used informed and/or added value to the content.
